Kim Pegula is a Korean-American businesswoman and sports executive. She was born on June 7, 1969 in Seoul, South Korea, and later became a naturalized American citizen. Pegula is the President and CEO of Pegula Sports and Entertainment, a company that owns several professional sports teams and properties including the Buffalo Bills (NFL), Buffalo Sabres (NHL), and the Buffalo Bandits (NLL) which she co-owns with her husband, Terry Pegula.

She is also the President of both the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. Prior to her current roles, Pegula was the vice president of both Pegula Sports and Entertainment and the Buffalo Bills.
