Meet the Founder and CEO
Dez is dynamic, enthusiastic, and zealous! She is a well-rounded, driven, natural go-getter powerhouse who is currently obtaining her second Master’s degree while chasing other dreams. Dez is the business owner of Dezarella LLC, which has curated Pretty Girls Love Sports, Dezarella Pageants, Powerstrike Cheerleaders, and Crowns for Vets. She is a retired military veteran and holds her experience in mental health very close to her heart. She is building her brand on femininity, her passion for sports, and mental health stability.
Other interests that she has include an interest in modeling, dancing, acting, pageants, and community advocacy for over 8 years. She has been a professional dancer/ cheerleader for over 3 years, and has worked in sports for over 5 years working with teams such as the Baltimore Ravens, Washington Commanders, Philadelphia Flyers, Atlanta Falcons, and the Atlanta Hawks. She is an advocate and mentor for high school cheerleaders and hopes to direct a team one day. Dez also has her certificate in the Fundamentals of Global Sports Management from NYU x Yellowbrick. She is continuing her studies with a certificate in Journalism and hopes to study abroad again in the future while getting a Doctoral degree.
Dez wants to continue to bring her high energy and can do attitude to her various endeavors; while also giving her feminist approach that women can be extremely sexy yet highly educated. The body of a woman is beauty and she embodies that!

Karma's diverse interests include electronics and technology, cosmetology, animals, and culinary arts. Each of these passions fuels Karma's creativity and drive, and they are dedicated to sharing this enthusiasm with those around them.

A true Georgia peach, Jordin holds a Bachelor's degree from Howard University and is highly skilled in American Sign Language, allowing her to see life from diverse perspectives. She has a deep passion for dance, women's empowerment, and social justice, and her role at PGLS provides the creative space to share these passions with the world. For Jordin, sports offer a unique opportunity for togetherness and unity, which she believes is unmatched by anything else.
