Two-time NCAA National Champion and Tennessee native Alex Simmons has been named the head coach of the Memphis Tiger women's basketball team. She becomes the 13th head coach in the program's history. 

Since returning to her alma mater as head coach in April of 2016, Adia Barnes has built Arizona Women’s Basketball into a fixture on the national stage of college basketball while developing her own legacy as one of the top coaches in the sport.

Kyra Elzy, an Oldham County, Kentucky, native, has spent more than a decade building the Kentucky women’s basketball program into a national power.

The 2022 Sun Belt Conference Coach of the Year Shereka Wright has made an incredible impact on the Lady Mavs program in only two short seasons.

Coach Adair was named the head coach for the Arizona State University women's basketball program, on March 27, 2022. A Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Coach of the Year, Adair's coaching career includes stops at Georgetown, Wake Forest, College of Charleston and most recently, the University of Delaware. 

Niele Ivey was named the head coach in 2020. Ivey was the common link to all nine of the program’s Final Four appearances, two as a player and seven as an assistant coach.

Texas A&M named the 2021 SEC Coach of the Year Joni Taylor as the eighth women's basketball head coach in program history on March 23, 2022.
